The check in process was...

Liked: It was in close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a good price compared to other properties around the area.
Disliked: It was outdated, but still well worth the price! It was clean but had a few water bugs in the unit while we were there. Some were dead, others were alive and running across the floor. The parking spot worried us because it was so close to the street and where people would be turning in. There were other parking spots a little further that we could have used though, so not a huge issue.

Liked: It was cozy and very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to help us.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight but still no issues

Bad

Liked: Very Nice receptionist
Disliked: No hot water, which is the bare minimum.

Liked: Cheery room and clean. A bit on the older side in bathroom but a great value during the week

Liked: I felt that for the condition and the extremely outdated room, the price was excessive
