A step above a hostel

Liked: People are hating on this place, they are fussy. It is a budget hotel, not the ritz. I've stayed in other hotels of similar price and quality in SF (hotel north beach, europa hotel, utah inn) and believe it is unfair to give Sunset a 3.9 average rating out of 10 while those other three enjoy 6.1 and higher ratings. All 4 four hotels were among the cheapest I could find where I had a private room, not a shared room like a hostel. I was here for 14 days. If it was terrible I would have left a lot earlier
Disliked: The last few days of my stay there were other guests who were very loud, screaming in the middle of the night. Similar to most buildings in SF, the walls aren't that thick

Liked: This hotel is a scam. The room looks nothing like the images advertised on their website. The walls have holes and the wall stickers are scratched, suggesting severe neglect. The floor is filthy, as though it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Most disturbingly, the bed is infested with bed bugs, creating a serious health hazard.
Disliked: The bed frame is severely deteriorated, rendering it structurally unsound. The trashcan appears to be the only item in clean condition. The nightstand is damaged, and the window cannot be fully closed, compromising the room’s integrity and safety.

Death trap hellbound hotel

Liked: I like the simple fact that the room wasn't the room room that I wanted or that I booked it was a totally different room and it was right there by a garbage can and I told them no so they took me to a different room and they said $60 for this room okay so what happened to the room for 30 that was the one by the garbage can which they already knew that was going to like that one and when they put me in was not anything like the picture total rip off spit magus on the wall dirty filthy mattress dirty filthy spirit sheets dirty filthy bathroom 3050 people dirty filthy environment and dirty filthy management
Disliked: Didn't like anything nothing at all nothing everything was alive roaches crying on me at night diarrhea on the toilet seat both bathrooms they have no made they just have three guys that go around in febreze their sheets after check out they don't change anything these people are horrible I don't see how this place is even open it needs to be shut the hell down in boarding up
