Liked: Very very bad experience let’s start from the hot water problem there’s no hot water !! Only warm water and the rooms were non smoking but there was someone who smoke in his room and the smell of smoke came to our room

Liked: Staff was very friendly and competent.
Disliked: The hotel is in horrible condition. The entrance is under restoration, therefore guests need to enter through the other side of the block, another hotel's entrance, and need to go through a tunnel to the other building. It is a shame really to operate the hotel under these conditions. Furniture is old, lifts stink of god knows what, sinks don't sink, duvets don't get proper cover except for simple sheets. Breakfast is a misery. Don't stay here.

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was great, there were lots of pillows available :) The breakfast buffet had good variety. There were lots of great restaurants around.
Disliked: The shower curtain made it hard not to spill water and there was no ventilation so the humidity stuck around for a couple of hours after showering with hot water.

Disliked: Wasn't tea making facilties in the room, had to ask for a kettle.Sometimes the pool got closed early which was a shame and didn't get reopened when asked. The room was quite small and if it's next to then lift, that can be heard.
