Liked: Very bad service only one person in reception he do room service bar and everything. Restaurants and bar is close 10am...this hotel how can have 4star it is west of money to book this hotel..for this service I book hostel....very disappointed

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop was great and it was in a good location. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were some issues with the water. At one point, there was brown water coming out of the taps which meant that we couldn't shower. Staff didn't really provide much information about this or give any alternatives. Luckily it was on our last day, however it was a disappointing end to the stay.

Liked: Perfect location! Very close to tourist attractions, stores, restaurants and there was a supermarket around the corner. Breakfast was good, too!
Disliked: One night, all of a sudden, the shower head started leaking very late, but it stopped minutes later. It happened twice, not the same night though.
