Disliked: The Hotel was good in general, but I think it needs some renovations, I was a little worried when I saw the outside, it looks rough, and it wasn’t the cheapest place per night. It was vey comfortable and clean

Liked: Staff very helpful & nice, accommodation good but the gentleman in unit (18) next to us had TV up loud all night got no sleep. Also couldn't open window for fresh air flow

Liked: The staff in the HOTEL itself were absolutely fantastic. The absolutely friendliness staff I have ever encountered.
Disliked: The accommodation was very old, run down and basic. Absolutely no effort has been taken to update the facilities in the accommodation in any way shape or form. Taps were to small for the sink so it was very difficult to wash hands and rinse toothbrush. Shower was so small and the shower curtain stuck to you when you stood under the shower head, the taps and pipes stuck out of the wall and very messily siliconed in place and were backed with a sheet of metal as there was obvious a large void behind the pipes. Toilet flush button decinergrated/crumbling when flushing. Remotes were dirty and sticky and I did find hair between the sheets. Staff at the MOTEL only worked from 10am - 4pm so I had to go looking for staff to check in. Way to expensive for what it was.

Liked: The bar attached was interesting and served good meals and a bonus getting a discount when you show your keys. Thanks to Sarah’s help on reception we accomplished what we needed to do which was a big deal to us.
