Liked: I really liked the location of Sundown Villas in the Symonston suburb of Canberra. It’s conveniently situated close to some great attractions. Additionally, the friendliness of the staff stood out, which was especially appreciated given some of the let downs I experienced during my stay.
Disliked: There were several things I didn’t like, so I’ll keep it brief.The pool was murky and green, with bugs in the water, making it essentially unusable. The TV reception was poor, with only a few channels working properly without experiencing pixelation. The kitchen hot plate didn’t work, no means of using my stove top coffee percolator. The carpets had dark patches, and the mirrors even had stains of I guess not want to make. Quite unpleasant overall. Lastly, I was frustrated that my complaints were ignored by management. Managment should listen guests and staff.

Liked: Good location and room space. room was clean and comfy as well with more facilities like swimming pools, and convention centre.
Disliked: The internet facility was poor. We had to use our data plan all the time when we stayed there. it was disconnecting all the time, and connecting but no internet and if connected then slow. Also, the guests from the other side were screaming and fighting all the time.

Liked: Spacious with the basics tha were needed to enjoy our stay. Parking close to unit making taking unit cases in with ease
