Disliked: False advertising by Booking..said only 3 rooms available..we were only room booked! Staff cannot speak English..very very hard to understand.wanted me to pay again..good thing I had my confirmation! Daughter had arranged for flowers wine to be delivered to room .. they say no...but girl who took them to motel said the woman checked and said yes we were booked..they say no one brought anything to be delivered to room. Totally not impressed especially their language barrier. Room was so so clean..they don't vacuum under furniture..just a grungy feel with the rugs. Will never book there again and did not appreciate being told only 3 rooms left...just to get one to book a room! Never again!

The Sunset Motel offers good value for the price and the room met all our needs. We would come back again.

Liked: We liked the convenience of the location in proximity to Manitou Hot Springs; the bed was comfortable; the room was comfortable; and the room rates were affordable.
Disliked: There was some minor uncleaned grime on the bathroom floor. And there was some cobwebs on the ceiling, housefly dung on the smoke alarm and some unsightly dead insects inside the glass lens of the main ceiling mount light fixture.
