The Sunset Motel offers good value for the price and the room met all our needs. We would come back again.

Liked: We liked the convenience of the location in proximity to Manitou Hot Springs; the bed was comfortable; the room was comfortable; and the room rates were affordable.
Disliked: There was some minor uncleaned grime on the bathroom floor. And there was some cobwebs on the ceiling, housefly dung on the smoke alarm and some unsightly dead insects inside the glass lens of the main ceiling mount light fixture.

Very poor, office locked when checking in, had to phone for staff to come.

Liked: No breakfast.
Disliked: There was no TV connection. There was no hot water to shower in the morning.
