A very good hotel with...

Liked: It is a very good hotel located just across Taupo Lake. You can sit in the small veranda and have views of Taupo Lake. What I particularly liked in this hotel is their flexibility in accommodating our needs. Initially, they gave us a room on 1st floor (without an elevator). When I told them that our luggage are too heavy to carry them all the way from the stairs, they immediately changed and gave us a room on the ground floor. Last but not least, their restaurant Lionel's is a top rated restaurant, where we ate delicious food and were serviced in an exceptional way by Barbara and Matt.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
