The room was large and comfortable; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; it was relatively quiet for a hotel and it was the perfect location to House of Blues. I would stay here again.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful; the bar was warm and inviting; it was clean; a good location.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Very clean and tidy rooms. The staff is welcoming and helpful with questions or needs. This is our third time staying at this hotel because we have had nothing but a good experience with each stay.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Disliked: Bar staff had no knowledge of what they were doing. Staff not helpful , in fact they were rude. When we asked for some information, they were no help at all.
