The Lodge needs maintenance and...

Liked: The view from the lodge is outstanding! The outside pool with a view is also very nice! The sledding area was nice and within walking distance from the Lodge.
Disliked: The rooms are quite old and dusty. Ours had old carpets and blinds and my kids sneezed and had allergies their whole stay. The vacuum available in the room didn't quite do the job and the housekeeper didn't vacuum the room decently either. We were in a one-bedroom room with a full kitchen. The kitchen had exactly 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 forks, etc. It also had ONE mug for the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The TVs were old and had no movies or series to watch without paying $27.99 dollars extra. One out of two elevators was broken. That meant a line up to go on the elevators every time or climbing 4 floors up the stairs to reach our room. There were many trails, but 80% of them were through developments and parking lots (I was expecting to walk in nature). The spa was fully booked. The ice skating has no ice. It's Glice! In other words, it's impossible to ice skate. The main lobby has wonderful views but not enough space for so many people. It was constantly crowded and full of dirty dishes and cups. Overall, I was quite disappointed.
