The location, the breakfast, and...

Liked: The yacht was spotless and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a short walk to the Elizabeth Line and a short journey into the centre of London so it was ideally situated

A comfortable stay but needs...

Liked: It was a unique venue
Disliked: It was very tired and dated. The bar and restaurant didn’t feel special. We ate in an overflow room which lacked atmosphere. They piped awful background music. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: Facilities, this is not 5 star it's like a travelodge on the water, dining area nothing special or fancy as you would expect on a yacht. No luxury feel to restaurant or bar.

Liked: Good experience location was fantastic Breakfast good. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Didn’t give the wow factor considering what we paid.
