Great hotel with great facilities

Liked: Stayed here so many times and I love it. It’s such a great hotel and the rooms are amazing

Enjoyable

Liked: The river view. Deco in room. The balcony. Restaurant, the buffet. The sundeck.
Disliked: The cups could be bigger thats all.

Exceptional

Liked: Unique and very well presented. It was in a good location to the Elizabeth Line to get me into the city very quickly. Very generous sized, clean and comfortable room

Nice, good for the money

Liked: It was all ok, but a bit tired and not the greatest of locations. Probably my fault for not looking into it more. We had the best room on the boat but I do feel like it needed some poor perzazz!
Disliked: Overall it was dated and felt not very luxurious but I do think that was reflected in the price

Good except for broken sleep

Liked: Location and rooms were very spacious
Disliked: Woken up both nights because of furniture being moved at 2am on reception floor for an event next day
