Disappointing

Liked: The pool areas and tennis courts.
Disliked: The room was much older than what was advertised on the booking. We booked a superior room which had specific photos. The room was not very clean at all. There was dust everywhere. Thick layers of black dust. Toilets had urine from previous guests. Cockroaches on the kitchen floor.

SUN SURF SAND AND SO...

Liked: LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IT IS PERFECT!! TENNIS POOL BBQ BEACH SHOPS RESTAURANTS - It is so good i told my brother and his mates to stay there too and we all had such an amazing time! It was fantastic!
Disliked: nothing it was amazing like it is every time i stay there I love this place so much! It is my home away from home :)

Liked: Beautiful aspect, awesome staff, feel like family
Disliked: The gym facilities were average, they had the bare minimum and no air flow in the gym (move it near the pool area)

Liked: the receptionist was very very rude. my brother broke his ankle at this resort and she was very rude about it not assisting us.
