Liked: Beautiful setting within Perth. Close to town centre. Comfortable and clean.

A little gem of a...

Liked: I loved everything. The room was pleasing to the eye and very comfortable. The breakfasts and coffee were excellent. The food was of good quality, fresh and hot and the coffee was freshly made. The location was spot on. Away from the hustle and bustle of a city but within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants etc.
Disliked: Don't arrive before checking-in time as the reception may be vacant and the door locked.

Liked: Great hotel in a great location for visiting Perth. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious on both days. Great value for money. We will definitely stay here again.

A lovely Guest House

Liked: Breakfast: Properly cooked poached eggs! The Arbroath kippers were lovely and the portions plentiful. It set me up for the day. Thank you. The Room: Really comfortable bed and bedding. The room had everything I needed for my stay. The Guest House: Really well situated for visiting Perth and going for a walk on a beautiful day.
