I would always try to...

Liked: It is a stylish, exceptionally well maintained boutique hotel very conveniently located across the River Tay from Perth CBD. The only negative was my room did not have lift access nearby, somewhat of a challenge with a large case.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: We received a really warm welcome, the room was immaculate and beautifully presented, great breakfast, gorgeous garden, and ideal location for an easy stroll into town.

Convenient location and comfortable, well...

Liked: Room was as pictured on the website, comfortable and spacious. Although we were facing the road the hotel is set well back from the road and the additional glazing provides an effective noise barrier so the room was quiet. Breakfast options was plentiful and good quality. Convenient location on the outskirts of Perth but within easy walking distance of the city centre. We were visiting the theatre and that was an easy walk from the hotel.
