Liked: Lovely welcome at reception, lovely big room with king-size bed which was very comfy, nice view across the river from room window, very tasty breakfast made to order and great service, this is a lovely hotel which is only a 10 minute walk to the main town, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Perth

A little gem of a...

Liked: I loved everything. The room was pleasing to the eye and very comfortable. The breakfasts and coffee were excellent. The food was of good quality, fresh and hot and the coffee was freshly made. The location was spot on. Away from the hustle and bustle of a city but within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants etc.
Disliked: Don't arrive before checking-in time as the reception may be vacant and the door locked.
