Excellent

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a fantastic hotel. We loved everything from our suite, to the delicious cocktails and fabulous breakfast. Staff are warm and welcoming and it is a unique place to stay.
Disliked: It was all perfect!

Great low key luxury hotel.

Liked: Comfortable, intimate and well appointed . Very convenient for Liverpool St station and tube

Liked: Convenient location as not far from metro on direct line to St Pancras international and near conference facilities
Disliked: Diminished natural light as monolithic building going up directly in front.

Liked: I have stayed here many times and it never fails - super comfy rooms and gorgeous bathrooms, the breakfast is also amazing!

Wonderful rooms, great ambience and...

Liked: Quirky inside, wonderful staff, great breakfast, convenient location and the best soundproofing I’ve ever experienced. You wouldn’t have known there was a single car outside let alone a busy road and building site.
Disliked: Stairs to the 4th floor from 3rd floor not ideal but staff took our bags up for us which was great.
