Liked: Front desk staff always very nice and helpful, after a long trip (we live in CT) it's nice to be treated with a warm hello.We liked our room in particular, #2, very close to office, where we often stop in for coffee and cookie, very good.But must of all we"ll miss sliding, we got the scoop at the frond desk that major upgrades are coming, we hope that the sliding door will remain.
Disliked: No secret that breakfast room is not liked by many. We did our own mini survey,we asked other guests and they agreed its got to go.

Liked: We came up with our kids hockey team for a tournament. The pool and lounge were used a lot by our girls. Great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: The only complaint isn’t from the hotel. There’s a bowling alley attached to the Inn. They serve food and we found the bartender to be rude.

Friendly motel style spot in...

Liked: Fantastic location. Not in central Stowe but a short drive in. The staff were LOVELY!!!! Really helpful and kind to my kids. Breakfast is basic, toast and cereal etc but for a quiet bite on the way out it was very welcome. There is a bowling alley on site which is ideal for kids. Games are expensive - 50 dollars per lane, plus shoe hire - but Stowe is expensive so that’s how it is.
Disliked: The pool was very cold!!! And rather dated. The pool certainly needs a face lift. It’s also a motel style hotel which I hadn’t appreciated from the listing, so whilst that was fine your door opens out to the elements and you walk outside to all amenities etc. The rooms are a little knocked about and it isn’t luxe by any stretch but it was clean and a decent size.
