Liked: The elevators definitely need some work ! And prices have been raised but the quality really hasn’t changed much ! But overall I love staying here .

Liked: The facility was old and needed updating. We were charged an additional $250.00 deposit above customery for our documented service animal. They even insistence that again our documented emotional support dog was mot truly a service animal. After speaking with the manager, they accepted the documentation and charged the additional fees. Our room was not as advertised. No sofa bed to be found. She dis however accommodate with an additional room. The facility is old, restaurant was closed, indoor pool had rust around the edges and was about six feet in length!. No plans to return.
