Disliked: Upon arrival we found the room dirty, the bathroom smelled like sewer, the bed was dirty the sheets were full of hair and dirty! we changed three rooms in total but all dirty the sheets in none of the rooms were clean always hair and fur it was obvious that they did not change them. the dirty floor dust everywhere. not acceptable for what we paid the hotel is included in a Chinese restaurant and managed by Asians.. Unfortunately Dirty..I complained every day that the room was dirty but they did nothing to improve! the shower drain was clogged. we had booked a Deluxe room but then they gave us a standard room because the others smelled! room number 304. 305. 306 I do not recommend sleeping in this place! go elsewhere! the bed was uncomfortable because it already had a deformation in the center caused by the wear of the mattress

Disliked: they tried to scam us by telling booking.com that we didn’t show up for our reservation WHILE WE WERE IN OUR ROOMas a fellow hospitality worker I cannot condone this disgusting behavior. beware
