Excellent

Liked: The facility is on great location for everything.
Disliked: The facility is so clean and providing great service.

Great spot in general

Liked: Good, spacious room. Location.
Disliked: One of the lifts was out of order so long waits. Parkade parking very tight for a normal size car/SUV.

Superb

Liked: Very clean. Check in and check out were quick even though it was fully booked. Only one elevator working but even that wasn't a long wait.Kitchenette had everything we needed and toiletries were good quality. Definitely appreciated that we were mere steps from the popular side of the village yet the hotel street was nice and quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and underground parking was a plus!Didn't use the pool or hot tub, so can't comment, but from what I could see they were quite small.
Disliked: Nothing really. I bed linens were the type that makes an excessive amount of noise when someone moves, so I didn't sleep well. Softer linens would be a great idea!

Liked: Love everything about the property, location is excellent, staff is kind and courteous

Very good value and perfect...

Liked: The room has everything you need, very clean and the bed was great. The few extra touches in the room sets it above other hotels.
Disliked: One of the lifts was broken so it took quite a long time to get around at busy times. These things can’t always be helped but it was unavailable for the full 3 days.

Affordable and convenient location in...

Liked: Location good-close to center of Olympic village; near a courtesy bus line that takes you to the Excalibur lift gondola; staff warm, helpful, and welcoming; comfortable bed; well stocked kitchenette; Wifi was good. Ski storage just inside entry was very convenient.
Disliked: Summit Lodge only had one of 2 elevators working, and for a 4 storey building this was challenging. There was no EV charging available; room furnishings and decor could use some updating (although was quite functional).
