Very comfortable but quality doesn’t...
Liked: Location, ski valet, spa
Disliked: The rooms aren’t sound proof and are noisy, you can hear neighbors and hall visitors, room arrangement with concept from 90’s of last age, lot of small lights distract during night but light overall are very weak and almost make reading difficult. The staff clean the spa floor and splash water from floor in to the pool

Liked: Great location at the base of the mountain with awesome amenities for skiers - big outdoor hot tub/heated pool, sauna & cold shower after a day on the slopes, ski valet and in-room nespresso to start your day

Liked: A cowboy bellman made the trip very special. His name is Luke and he helped me with my truck. I had left something charging in the cigarette lighter adapter for several days and forgot about it. This drained my battery and Luke took it upon himself to track downa charging unit and get my vehicle started again. This type of initiative is exactly what you need in your staff. Going above and beyond. Thanks Luke.
Disliked: The bed on the studio was not comfortable. They really need to upgrade mattresses. I had a Murphy bed and a hybrid coil and memory foam matress. Slept like a dream. These mattresses were not that. Only complaint. Everything else was exceptional.

Does not meet expectations.
Disliked: The Summit Hotel offers very limited breakfast options, with only one dining area available. Unfortunately, this often results in long wait times to be seated, followed by extended delays in receiving your order. This can be particularly inconvenient for families with children attending ski school in the mornings, as it disrupts their schedule and adds unnecessary stress to their day.In addition to the breakfast issue, we encountered a serious problem with the noisy heating/air return system in our room, which significantly interfered with our ability to sleep. I reported the issue to the hotel staff in the middle of our first night, expecting that, as with most hotels, the problem would be addressed promptly the following morning. Unfortunately, no action was taken.I had to call the front desk multiple times throughout the day, and each time I was told the manager would be notified. Despite these assurances, there was still no follow-up or resolution. Eventually, out of frustration, I went to the front desk in person to speak with the manager, only to find out that he had not been informed of the issue despite my repeated calls. When I explained to the manager how disruptive the noise was — preventing us from getting any sleep — and requested either a repair or a room change, I was shocked by his response. He said he would send the repair staff to check the system, but if they couldn't fix it, there was nothing more he could do, and changing our room was not an option. This lack of concern and flexibility was both surprising and disappointing, especially given the severity of the issue.
