Overpriced hotel that under delivered
Liked: Same hotel my conference was in
Disliked: Over priced, pool & spa closed & under construction, but we were never notified. Construction also going on at building next door. Construction noise prevalent. Food very mediocre with high prices. Staff was touch & go. Very friendly staff at valet and front entrance. Front desk staff aloof. We stayed in a suite which was really pretty, but Murphy bed was uncomfortable. We couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t add a normal bed in such a big space? Bathroom was gorgeous with fantastic shower. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: It was clean. The studio was nice. The shower felt amazing! The complimentary washer and dryer along with the soap to wash was such a nice unexpected amenity. The scenery is truly beautiful. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed in the studio is a wall bed and not very comfortable it is also not mentioned when booking. All the amenities were closed due to the construction that is also not mentioned when booking! So no pool no fitness center no lifts up the mountain no wall climbing we were told we could use the pool at the neighbor hotel but that was very inconvenient. The parking is also a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. But they do have valet.
