Liked: We understand that you are going through renovations. Our room was clean however I feel an ice bucket and coffee pot should be in each room. There were no drinking cups.

Liked: The staff was very nice. There was some issues in our room but the manager was ready to hear us and seemed to listen to what we needed.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction which I did not see before booking. The paint smell was very strong. Also the desk in our room fell apart. The screws fell right out, which the manager corrected very quickly. No vent fan in the bathroom made it very very hot and hard to get ready after showering. One small elevator that was shared with the workers.. My last point is that we lost power and we needed to contact the front desk and used the stairs but the construction was blocking the walking path. I am glad there was not an emergency that required everyone to leave the hotel because it would have been very dangerous.
