Liked: I liked the location of SummerPlace and the amenities (breakfast, heated pool, mini fridge etc.) Also, the room was nice and clean.
Disliked: There were some dislikes. For example, the bed was very squeaky, the iron leaked and the customer service was AWEFUL! In particular a certain staff by the name of HEATHER!!! If you're not a ppl person, stay behind the scenes instead of in the public.

Good location and price!

Liked: I’ve been staying here for the past 10 years. You can tell over the years, the hotel is getting older and outdated. However, they are improving it with updated furniture and paint. Location has been been the best park and it’s a good place for kids. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool and go-cart/play area right next door.
Disliked: More staff seems to be needed. They seemed to have a lot of people, but the staff just moved so slowly. The front desk, breakfast attendant and room attendant. Hopefully it was just an off-weekend for them.

Noisy rooms

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: First room the fan made alot of noise, and there was no maintenance on site to fix. Due to this we were moved to another room, second room had dirty sheets which needed to be swapped out. However second room the toilet ran constantly causing it to make noise ever 10 or 15 minutes all night long. The location was close to the boardwalk and beach, however it was also directly under the incoming flight path for the airport out back. So every couple hours planes would land out back and also be very noisy. The staff seamed inconvenienced that the room needed to be changed and then was unable to correct the issues with the toilet even after multiple complaints.
