A great location for a...
Liked: It was quaint old farm house, comfortable with all the old world charm, Beverly thought of everything for a continental breakfast and biscuits for a cuppa. A very quiet location too, great for an over night stay

Had a great short break
Liked: Great location and beautiful surroundings
Disliked: No dog proof yard even though advertised as dog friendly so we had to keep our dog inside when we went out for dinner and to the hot springs

Very poor
Liked: There wasn't much to recommend this place. The surroundings were peaceful and pleasant to wander in I guess. At least it was warm.
Disliked: It was very uncomfortable because everything was dusty. The water jugs looked brown at the bottom. The place was filthy. The bathroom floor was covered in someone else's pubes. The 'Edwardian suite' is a series of rooms in an old woman's old farmhouse. She wasn't very hospitable, and the vibe in the room was fusty and cluttered. The supplied breakfast wasn't very good - cheap bread, little jams and instant coffee and tea bags. The electric blanket didn't work. The location is inconvenient and isolated, and the road in is unsealed and bumpy, potentially a bit treacherous in the evening if you have been to a winery in the area. All that for only $250 a night. Overpriced, uncomfortable and disappointing.
