Nice stay and area.

Liked: I like that the room is spacious for 4 of us. They also changed the towels on our 2nd day of stay which was appreciated.
Disliked: The toilet needs a little bit of thorough cleaning as there were molds in the sink and shower although I'm not really fuzzy. Also, we saw one small cockroach in the toilet the first time we entered the room and the second one near the fridge on our second morning but it's fine.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues there.
Disliked: The single fan in the room was covered in dust to the point where it could not put out any air or circulation in the room. I was unable to sleep the whole night before an important conference. A colleague cleaned the fan himself using toilet paper and water the next morning and it was fine. By that time I had to book another accomodation for myself due to the extreme discomfort I experienced.

Liked: Location is close to the Newtown station and other good stores and restaurants
Disliked: The area is abit noisy and the walls are a little thin so you hear alot
