Liked: The pool grounds were nice
Disliked: They overcharged my card twice. I spent three out of the four days of my stay on hold trying to get them to refund my money. Customer service was terrible. The window would not close or lock. We found two cockroaches in the kitchen. This is a horrible resort I would not recommend to anyone and I am leaving a terrible review for them.

Great staff, but too many...

Liked: I like that there were many activities.
Disliked: We had cockroaches in our room when we arrived. There were multiple dead ones so we asked to move rooms and building. The staff were gracious and got us a new room. On our last day I found more dead cockroaches. It seems that multiple of the buildings must have infestations.

Liked: My car got scratched an my gas got tooken out my car the hurricane was there it was already hard to get gas already as it was the hurricane had just hit
Disliked: They didn’t even try to help me or anything
