Disliked: Nov 5-7 2024We were supposed to have a balcony room, but the room we were alotted didn't even have a window to look out on the street. It had a sky light with automatic opening windows and blinds, which both nights we were there, opened and shut several times without us even touching the controls.The hairdryer wasn't working either. Paper cups for water. The reading lights both were loose, too. For the premium we paid it was Most disappointing. On leaving, as we were being helped into the booked Taxi, we had 2 carry on bags snatched out of the boot. Our driver gave chase retrieving 1, but the other had disappeared

Room exceeded expectations, best value...

Liked: The room we got was better than seemed in the photos, it actualy had 2 bedrooms plus a small living room with a sofa. One of the reasons I picked this hotel is that it could assure separate beds (I was traveling with my son), but I didn't expect two bedrooms! This room can fit for a couple with a child as well.Room was made every day, staff was super friendly and efficient.Best location in Barcelona imo, and I've been in the city many times.Metro station right outside, although line 4 is not so useful for most tourist attractions, but it's a beautiful 10 minutes walk for lines 3 or 1.Many coffee shops within 5 minutes walk.Best value for money in bcn center, as far as I know.
Disliked: Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the busy Jaume I street and it was extremely noisy throughout all night, especially on Halloween and the weekend.

Close to main attractions and...

Disliked: Rooms need to be realistic on booking so people know what they are booking. Room was not bigger than a closet.
