Decent For A One-Night Stay...

Liked: It's decent for a 1-night's stay. Just don't expect highest standards. No bugs. Good hot water for a shower. The bathroom door & trim trim were dirty w/grease marks. The A/C worked, but the cover was falling off. The tub was very slippery -- needs some traction adhesives. Lots of people looked like there were living there. Possibly local workers. No drug issues that I could see. No damage to car over night. FYI, it's a former Knights Inn and Treadway Inn. Now a Motel 6. The word "Suites" in the name is misleading.
Disliked: Very slippery tub that makes showering dangerous.

Liked: the beds were pretty comfortable, the employee who checked us in was nice
Disliked: there were lots of random pieces of furniture outside, when I was ready to check out there was nobody in the lobby. There was an intercom button that was there to push to get someone but it did not work. I was unable to slide the key card underneath the door or in the side of the door. So I just went back to the room and left the key in there.

Liked: A nice clean room to sleep for the night
Disliked: A room on the first floor that didn’t feel line it was in the middle of the ghetto.

Disliked: Tons of people living on site broken down cars n repairs being done in facility front counter was quick but this is a live in motel unfortunately

Don't stay here if you...

Liked: There was no breakfast... the location was fine.The room was very dirty and poorly maintained. Clearly a lot of people have been smoking in the room even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.
Disliked: Pretty much everything. The pictures on the website looked like a very decent room but they were very deceiving.

The price of the motel...

Liked: I liked the proximity to downtown and the community center.
Disliked: The room I was in had a pungent smell. We had two rooms and we were unable to get them side by side or on the same side at all. One was downstairs and one was upstairs on the other side. The cable television did not work.
