Very good

Liked: The staff was very nice, always ready to help and the location fantastic. Rooms were very clean and smell great
Disliked: Breakfast was really poor for what I've paid. For such price in Mexico I would have expected much more

Clean and friendly with great...

Liked: Clean and location
Disliked: Kind of noisy in the morning as staff went to work. and the floors are hard so person above us was moving their chair at 5 AM

Really good place

Liked: The attention was great and the breakfast was really good as well and not as expensive as someone might have thought for the location and price. I just stayed one night for a concert but it was a really pleasant experience, I wish to stay more time if I visit again.

Amazing hotel in the middle...

Liked: The location was phenomenal and the rooms were very, very clean. If I go back to MXC, I will stay there again.

Good cost benefit in the...

Liked: Location is amazing in Polanco, walking distance from great bars and restaurants and walking distance from the touristic bus stop.Though the street is a little dark, security at the hotel is always on and staff is nice
Disliked: The fact that there is a stair to get in the property is terrible for luggage. Also not so nice that the windows of the room head to the corridor. Since the rooms don't have air conditioning, it means you leave windows open and though the guests are nice, it does wonder on real security.
