Liked: The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful ,the location of the hotel and the interior was beautiful , so different to other hotels

Very cozy, located close to...

Liked: It was located close to some excellent restaurants and was walking distance from the concert venue we were seeing concerts in.
Disliked: The noise levels were a bit high. The doors were very thin and there was a bit of street noise. Some attention to thicker doors and some soundproofing facing the street would work wonders.

Will definitely book again

Liked: I loved the staff. They were helpful and very polite and spoke english. The hotel is gated and guarded all day and night. It has multiple patio areas for relaxing and enjoying the weather. The location was perfect, easy walking to shops and parks and the Auditorial Nacional. I walked to the Auditorio and rode the tour bus every day.
Disliked: I have no comment for this section.

We liked the area, but...

Liked: It’s in a safe and beautiful area, we enjoyed stroll through the lively boulevards and streets in every evening during our stay
Disliked: The room is outdated, the beds and pillows are kind of hard, the towels are old and stiffs; the only window of the room faces the hallway which made it difficult for us to have some fresh air and privacy at the same time
