Liked: Amazing location in Polanco close to cafes, restaurantsClean hotelStaff was friendlyEasy access to airport via Taxi/Uber
Disliked: Room was a bit oldWindow on the courtyard so need to keep curtains closed for privacySmall extra charge for "breakfast service" - very tiny amount but would have been good to be indicated when bookingBreakfast was ok but not great - better to eat outside

Liked: Convenient location, nice building and rooms, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Service fee for included breakfast, room service wakes you at 09:00 on departure day (despite check-out at 12:00)

Very good

Liked: The staff was very nice, always ready to help and the location fantastic. Rooms were very clean and smell great
Disliked: Breakfast was really poor for what I've paid. For such price in Mexico I would have expected much more
