Wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Liked the location and the place felt very secure. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Staff extremely unhelpful when my clothes were stained and ruined from whatever they painted the benches with on the terrace. No offer to reimberse me for the damage or laundry service costs. They just shrugged their shoulders and said it hadn't happened to them. There were 2 house keepers who would gossip about me when I passed them in the hallway which made me very uncomfortable, and when I turned to look at them they were staring at me and still whispering. Didn't feel professional at all. The photos of the rooms are very outdated, headboard of the bed is quite gross. I would not stay here again, there are nicer places to stay for the same if not a cheaper cost.

Disliked: The shower doesn't give constant hot water.The air conditioner doesn't cool down.The front desk isn't always occupied.Other than that, good place.

Liked: Location was perfect, nice and central. Staff friendly. Air conditioning appreciated. Clean and cosy.
Disliked: The shower was either too hot or too cold which wasn’t ideal.

Very good

Liked: The location was great (but noisy during the day), short walking distance to Soriana supermarket and oxo downstairs. Good connection to local buses for Cholula and CAPU bus station. Short walk to the historic centre Very friendly staff with good english. The room was spacious and the kitchen and dining area was nice, too. We had room 104. On request we got some detergent to wash our dishes.
Disliked: The room could do with an upgrade, the ware and tare is just sad to see, it wouldn't take much to replace the fake leather bed heads etc.

Needs a little work

Liked: The kitchenette was very nice.The staff was excellent.
Disliked: At night, the area is somewhat dark and there is not much open right around there.The first day, a few of my towels were threadbare. After that, the towels were changed out at some point and they were much nicer. There was possible black mold in one area of the closet. The shower could go from cool water to hot water and back again. Either a mixing valve or hot water heater problem most likely. Satellite T.V. was out (not working) when I arrived, and I am not sure that it ever was fixed. There was regular T.V. though (no English channels). Headboards of the beds needed either to be recovered or replaced. "Vinyl" finish is peeling off in spots. "Gym" area was very simple.
