Liked: Perfect location. I feel safe and comfort living here. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The living room equipped with a sofa bed and it is good for a third person to sleep on. The kitchenette is perfect and it’s my parents favorite part of the house:)

Liked: Loved the location, the apartment was clean and big. The extras were amazing in terms of ice creams and wine and cheese night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in San Francisco!

Liked: We loved our stay here, the apartment was a great size, the bed was comfortable, we had a full kitchen, location was perfect and rooftop view was gorgeous. A special mention must be given to the staff working at the property who were so friendly and accommodating, especially Richard. Thank you for making everything so easy
Disliked: The room being on the 1st floor, didn't have a lot of natural light so felt a bit dark, but we were only there for 2 nights and were out exploring the city so didn't impact us too much.

Liked: Excellent location, super friendly staff, cosy suite with a small view on Alcatraz, balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Parking on site, laundry, cookies after 2pm, roof terrace with amazing views. Great Japanese/Korean restaurant on next block down Hyde street.
Disliked: Did not sleep so well, bed was not so comfortable for me.
