Liked: This place is a scam. Me and my husband turned up to a residential area which was suspicious in itself. The address was privately owned and the guy was totally confused when we turned up with our suitcases. Would obviously give a 0 but system won’t allow me to do that. Don’t be fooled. The confirmation email looked exactly like the usual ones from Booking.com whom I have used on numerous occasions before.
Disliked: That I have been scammed.

Never stayed there as doesn't...

Disliked: This property doesn't exist at the advertised address after a long flight we arrived at the address advertised to find out it was a private residence and not let out for accomodation purposes and definitely not Suite Smart Vancouver. We booked a year ago and pre paid it so they have taken our money and ran it is a scam so beware. I Have alerted booking com about this place.

Good

Liked: The location was superb, with easy access from Horseshoe Bay, and only 400m from buses straight into Downtown Vancouver / Stanley Park.
Disliked: The location of our stay had changed literally last minute, meaning no air-conditioning.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This property did not exist - it is a scam. Do not book this hotel. I have reported to Customer Services.

Liked: Excellent breakfast sets you up for the day, the grounds and swimming pool spotless, so quite too, Marcus good not be more helpful.

Liked: Beautiful property and the breakfast was phenomenal! airport pickup and drop off service made the stay more enjoyable as well.
Disliked: The property was fine.

Clean comfortable affordable great stay

Liked: The room was amazing clean and the breakfast was exceptional with lots of effort going to making our dietary requirements met. We will be back and would recommend.

We were very surprised about...

Liked: The gourmet breakfast was wonderful. The mansion was very elegant and comfortable. The manager was extremely helpful and kind. We were given complementary rides from the port and then to the airport. We were very happy with our stay.
Disliked: It would have been a bit of a hike to get to restaurants without an Uber, but we did just fine. Everything else about our stay was excellent.
