Not great

Liked: The place was close to the metro. The area around the place was a tip, so much rubbish around.The room had a microwave but not cooking utensils or anything to use in the microwave.The view from the windows was discussing.

Bad service

Liked: The AC was not working and when we asked them they said it would be fixed this week and the room was too hot.Also the phone not working properly and i have to go to front desk Everytime i need something and when i get lucky by phone no one normally picks up and the front desk is empty most of the time

Good

Liked: Big size rooms, bath tub, Reception let us check in early!
Disliked: Room was hot, no plates or cutleries in the room.

Poor

Disliked: Our Air Conditioning wasn’t working in the room and when we spoke to staff about it there was nothing they could do. We asked if we could have a fan if they couldn’t change our room and they said they don’t have a fan. Not helpful at all!

Hotel stay is excellent except...

Liked: Size of the room is very big for a family to stay comfortably. Food selection for the breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Location is very bad, looked like living in garbage disposal area. Lot of illegal immigrants, activities were happening in the nearby.
