Liked: Great location. Wonderful rooms. Quiet and clean. Staff was very firendly.

Liked: The room has everything you need, even a bath. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is gorgeous, it's close to Brandenburg Tor, a few metro stations and so on. You can stay with your dog for an additional fee
Disliked: The toilet has no ventilation, and it's smelly. The room looks far bigger on the photos than it is in real life

Good choice for Berlin

Liked: The location was good. It was opposite the station Anhalter Bahnhof which has direct transportation to the center. However ıf you like walking you can also walk to many places just like we did. The staff were helpful. We arrived a bit early but had a quick check in and they gave us our room without making us wait. The room was warm and clean. It was quite big and had everything we needed.
Disliked: The toilet might have been a bit cleaner. We tried to turn on the heater at night but it gives cold and warm air at the same time so it makes the room colder. So we kept it off all the time and it was better. There was a sign saying "Go green skip the clean" , we hang it out our door a lot before the mentioned time, but when we returned our room we saw that nobody cared about it. It is not a big deal but we were there only for 2 days so we really didnt need new towels cleaning etc.

Good Novotel experience.

Liked: It was modern and the room was impressive. They also allowed be to check-in early.
Disliked: Some stuff in the bathroom was a bit worn-out - needs some refurbishing.

Disliked: beds were so uncomfortable, but they overall the room was spotless and staff where friendly.
