Liked: They have a good choice of items for breakfast. The night manager was nice and helped us get a good room. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The eggs on the breakfast buffet.

Superb

Liked: The staff were so friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean it was an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: People were outside walking around due to it being near a main road, but there were no security issues.

Our stay was very pleasant...

Liked: The Sugarloaf was located in a very good spot in the center of Bend. I think our greatest enjoyment of our stay was the staff. The ones that we worked with at the front desk were all extremely kind and enjoyable to visit with.
Disliked: The only thing we would’ve changed, would have been being able to have a king size bed in our room. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.

Passable

Liked: The staff is AMAZING! The location was convenient. The breakfast was hot, tasty and a variety of foods were offered.
Disliked: The toilet ran all night, the bathroom door didn't close, the pillows were flat, there was blood on 1 of the beds, and the bath tub smelled moldy.

Superb

Liked: Very clean and comfortable! Easy location. Close to shopping. Close to the cheapest gas, in town. Close to morning coffee. It was nice. Water was hot. Great stay
Disliked: Literally, the ONLY complaint I have, is that the internet connection was terrible. No matter where you moved around in the room, it wouldn't get more than a bar. Then it kept disconnecting. .
