Liked: This was our 2nd thanksgiving weekend staying here. It's mostly pleasant and the amenities are one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, the hot tub is extremely hot. I have a hot tub at home I sit in daily, at 102 degrees. This hot tub is well above 102. We also had numerous issues with our keys and getting into the outside doors. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't.

Liked: we have been staying at Sugar Beach at least once a year for ten years. since COVID it has seriously declined.
Disliked: the former excellent breakfast overlooking the bay is now a bad box of little food. Our tv didn’t work. the safe couldn’t be fixed. there were no reading lights in the living room area. The heat was the noisiest I have experienced in 123 countries!To top it off, we had bugs in the bathroom! Had to go buy bug spray!
