enjoyable except the car being...

Liked: Room was fine, staff very helpful
Disliked: Car was stolen from outside of the hotel - would have been good to know that Rotorua has a high crime rate and undercover or secure parking would be great option

Liked: Room was clean and tidy The staff at the bar and restaurant where amazing Close to lots of things
Disliked: Was disappointed that the pool was out of service due to construction in the building would have been nice to been told this before we arrived as it was our main reason to book.
