Liked: Staff were lovely, both reception and restaurant.Restaurant was very good and the service was wonderful 24-hour shuttle service to airport greatly appreciated Bed comfortable Loved that they had period products as standard in the bathroom - so thoughtful and considerate for women. Very much appreciated and it should be the standard across all hotels.
Disliked: Rooms tired and not as clean as I would like Kettle not working in the hotel room

Very convenient airport hotel

Liked: Being an airport hotel, we needed convenience for our departure and arrivals. The transfers were efficient, and easy to arrange.Also loved the blackout curtains - perfect for sleeping in when jet-lagged!
Disliked: In our room, the fridge was off because the power cord couldn't reach the point. We had to remove it from the cupboard and plug it in, then it blocked our hallway / entry. Also, the second room was not as well laid out as the first we had under a separate booking.
