HORRIBLE

Liked: Nothing positive to say about this hotel.
Disliked: HORRIBLE customer service. Everyone I spoke to was not friendly and not helpful. There's too many other hotels in this town to have to deal with this.

Nice hotel and appeal

Liked: I booked for the indoor pool and come to find out it’s closed. That wasn’t advertised, had I known I would have booked elsewhere. The shower curtain is starting to form mold. My room wasn’t serviced and beds were left unmade. I found screws and nails under the desk in my room.

Overall the stay was good,...

Liked: The convenience of location.
Disliked: There were no towels available in the pool area, and for extra towels for our room. We had 3 adults and 1 kid trying to share 2 towels for our entire stay. The ice was empty on the three floors during our stay. There was little to no options left on the free breakfast when we went, early or closer to 10:00.

Liked: Clean good neighborhood with a comforting staff
Disliked: The pillows were very small id say the 4 pillows on the bed were roughly the size of 2 normal pillows
