Was happy with most aspects...

Liked: Staff is A-1!! Such good people. Chris was very helpful and he was very friendly.
Disliked: Toilet to low to ground. Don't like pets being allowed very allergic and they leave behind dander. Refrig smelled like Chinese food eww.

Terrible I WILL never be...

Liked: You didn't offer a pool and before I even checked into my hotel they refused to give me my money back . I have never experienced such shitty service any other time I would of got my money back
Disliked: They could of gave me a refund before I even checked into my room when I found out there is no pool now my 16 year old daughter who's bday is today aug 11 has nothing to do on her bday when all she wanted was to go swimming
