Customer service was very displeasing.

Liked: I reserved my room through booking .com paid for room upon arrival paid with card money was taken off card gave cash deposit. So it takes money off my card then she was like it denied card no it did not I have transaction history then the motel has continuously tried charging card for amount of stay plus different amounts the second day of my stay I went to front desk and had asked what was going on never received any explanation check out day go to get my deposit and they won't give it to me I have left messages called no return call or anything. They are still trying to take different amounts off card. I called and was told manager would call me right back they have not attempted to fix this problem or give me my money back. Their customer service skills where very displeasing I rate that at a minus ten because I have been stressing this ever sense getting room. Any motel is better in my opinion.

Liked: location was okay, parking spots wernt hard to get
Disliked: The sheets had stains all over them, the bed was absolutely terrible, the chair in the room had a giant tear around it, the toilet seat was so warm and dirty it was black around the edges, the shower head wasn’t even bolted into the wall it was barely hanging.

Disappointing

Nice stay clean and comfortable.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Not to much traffic around here. Two restaurants here on the property and two gas stations within walking distance. There is a courtyard with tables and chairs.
Disliked: I didn't like that the stuff was rude the first week, some lady I guess the one in charge of the cleaning ladies came knocking to my room saying that there was a bad smell coming from my room and I let her in and she was rude looking around she didn't found anything because there is no bad smell, she didn't even apologize, that's not a good attitude of someone in charge. All the people that work here are not very friendly unless you say hi to them. My husband and I been here about a month on business so now they do say hi Lol. Grocery stores, restaurants are about 15-20min.

Comfortable and clean

Liked: The rooms are clean, the hallways, lobby and the restrooms on the lobby everything clean and nicely maintained.
Disliked: Grocery and restaurants are far away, but there is two restaurants here in the hotel and two gas stations within walking distance .

Very good

Liked: The room was very spacious. Paul was wonderful! The bar and grill had wonderful food.
Disliked: There was wifi access but no internet. That's about it.

Inconvenient.

Liked: The location was near to the SLC airport.
Disliked: The toilet clogged immediately upon arrival. Maintenance came by over half an hour later and got it working but left a trail of dirty toilet water on the floor on the way out. We checked out immediately. Very disappointing.
