Liked: I have loved this hotel for years and spent the majority of the pandemic there in fact. However, due to the new management and their inability to remain professional and courteous, I doubt I'll stay there again.
Disliked: THE NEW MANAGEMENT

Disliked: The first room was filthy. The vent fan cover in the bathroom was full of dirt and laying on the counter with the hair dryer laying on top of it. Missing plug covers. AC not working. Qtips on the floor. I just appears that the owner is out for the money

Liked: The only good thing was that it was near Tesla supercharge (2 minutes away)
Disliked: Doesnt feel safe for a solo female traveler! Unprofessional staff (they didnt have the room I have booked and had to change my reservation !!) 4 guys standing at the reception talking loudly while checking in! Very lame breakfast Smelly linen!!!!

Liked: The parking lot was nice, as thats all I saw.
Disliked: Hotel overbooked and claimed to have tried to contact me. Had to book another hotel nearby as it was getting late and I had a child with me. Ended up paying more for a shittier hotel.

Liked: For the most part the people were helpful.
Disliked: I showed up-was told they didnt have a room. finally put me in a room with no AC that was filthy. Moved me to a different room 2nd nite. Breakfast barely adequate. halls were not clean-big trash cans sitting around. I would never stay again.
