Horable Agent Rooms had Roaches...

Liked: Manager and registration Agent Carola very helpful and prompt assisting and responding extremely quick problem solver above and beyond to give a resolution to the situation
Disliked: A very very BAD registration AGENT Ihad to get a refund I didn't stay at that HotelSafe wouldn't close completely refrigerators were unstable very smokey

It’s a cheap place don’t...

Liked: We received a free upgrade to double beds.
Disliked: Rude lady at the front. AC doesn’t work in some rooms. Lots of people yelling or crying in rooms. Bugs. Hallways smell like smoke. People hanging in the parking lot after dark. Some working on cars.. only half the parking lot was open.

Disliked: The cigarette smell all in the room and on the bed, and the hallways, the front desk lady had an attitude just from asking a question from extra charge on my card/account.
