Disappointing

Liked: The only thing good i can say is the beds were so comfortable compared to the more high-end hotels.
Disliked: The most turn off point is when so many people actually lived there. Very loud at night. The floors looked like they were never cleaned. I spilled some water in the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel turned black. How disgusting. The coffee pot had to be cleaned before I could use it. When I was checking in there was 2 people 1 was being trained. That poor girl had been crying, not sure what happened, but I felt so bad for her. Asked her if she was ok, but she said it was her allergies. Don't believe it but I know she was trying hard to keep it together.

Disliked: Our room was flooded from the air conditioner unit. We had to dry water up as soon as we walked in. Leaked the entire time.

Disliked: The clerk at the front desk obviously need more training, she was doing her best but definitely needed more training. The room smelled of whatever the previous person had cooked in the room. Didn't use it , Thank God but the microwave was completely disgusting, looked like it had not been cleaned in no telling how long !!!! The worst part was the visible mold on the bathroom ceiling ... obviously a leak in the A/C unit or bathroom from the room above, something that needs to serious attention ... not sure how someone in maintenance never noticed this !!!!!!!!!!!!!
