Liked: The room was quiet and comfortable. I was surprised there was no carpeting in the room, but that does mean no lingering smells.
Disliked: There is no counter in the bathroom to set out your things. The listing said there would be coffee and tea but there wasn't a maker in the room. When I went to leave, I saw a sign about breakfast, but I was leaving earlier so that wasn't an option for me. I didn't inquire if there was any coffee ready because there was a shop nearby. There's no rug for getting out of bed or the shower, so be ready for tile underfoot.

Disliked: It was dirty smelled like old food in the room and the entire level if my room smelled like weed.

The level of customer service...

Liked: That it has a refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Upon entering the room the air conditioner didn’t work. The light in the room was limited to two lights on either sides of the bed. Which one of them didn’t work. I asked for another room and was told maintenance would be in to fix the problem. I was also told the deposit would be returned the next day once it was figured out it was no smoking in the room. I’m now being told that isn’t the case. The manager I spoke with just told me the front desk clerk didn’t tell me that. If he did I need to call him back at 6pm.

Would never book again!
