Absolutely the worst motel I’ve...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Room was disgusting with blood on the floor and the toilet and sink was stopped up. No smoke detector in the room and a very thin blanket. Customer wasn’t available my whole stay.

Dirty. Old. Kinda smelly

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty.Mold was on the shower curtain Sink had cigarette burnsBedding was dirty. Loud noises in the middle of the night, 3:00am woke me and kept me awake.

Won’t be back

Disliked: No tollet paper or anything else. Had to go to check in desk to get a paper cup to use to have a drink of water

Disliked: Customer service is poor!!! Just all around rude, would never recommend. Donovan at check in was the most helpful person and he’s new. Management is horrible.

Disliked: We used to stay here when it was Extended Stay the room was clean and you got dishes everything in the room was in working order, now don't come here. It's like staying in the projects. Half the lights in the room don't work, the air conditioning doesn't work properly, you have an iron with no iron board, they have no dishes to give you, kids running through the hall. And the excuse from the staff is "sorry that's the way it is here." You wonder if you're going to be safe. I will not stay here ever again. Rather spend the extra money somewhere else.

Disliked: I couldn't able to get the room I booked through booking.com. I have a confirmation of one room with two queen beds but they gave me a queen room with a 1 queen bed. It smelled awfulThe one above's walking is feel and hear in my room. It was loud enough to wake me up.There are small insects in the room

Liked: Good location; clean room; comfortable room; quit hotel.
Disliked: Have been overcharged more than what I had in my reservation: tried to explain to the staff, and although they recognised the overcharge, they didn’t reimburse me yet.

Liked: The fact that the room was clean. It smelled clean as well as looked clean. The room design and layout is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The room had damages that hadn't been repaired. Drawer front pulled off, and missing. Freezer door hinge loose. Bathroim towel rack loose. The covers on the beds were thin. They were more like a throw rather than a comforter.
