Staff was top notch &...

Liked: Location was close to Louder Than Life grounds. Staff was wonderful- very pleasant, professional, kind. I didn't bring any concerns or complaints to staff so I am not sure how they would have handled it.
Disliked: The whole building smelled like old cigarette smoke. Rooms were a bit outdated. I bought lysol wipes and sanitizer spray to be more comfortable. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in- it felt like sleeping on a park bench. The shower water pressure was terrible and the drain was full of hair. I wore white socks on the carpet and they reflected the fact the carpet needs to go! The room was smaller than I expected, but for the price it was alright. Also, there is NO breakfast so that needs took off the list.

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: Could use an update on stove, TV, counter tops, etc. But everything was well kept so still very nice

Worth the price.

Liked: The price was pretty great for the area and considering events going on in the area. I really appreciated having a full size fridge and a stove as well.
Disliked: There arent any ice machines. I could hear the people above me the entire time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also did not work so every time I showered it would be humid in there for a good while

Liked: Had a fridge and microwave. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: It's advertised as a studio with a kitchen, but there are NO pots/pans, silverware, cups etc.

If I was on vacation,...

Liked: There to work during the Kentucky Derby. The staff was great, and location was exceptional. A little older and Hun more of an extended stay type for people. For our purpose of basically somewhere to sleep after working 15 hours, it was great.
