I thought the location was convenient for our purpose in visiting Huntsville, a concert at Orion Amphitheater. University Pkwy has everything - fast food, access to easy expressway driving. BTW, Huntsville Interstate system was very easy to navigate.

Liked: Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed for early check in for us.
Disliked: As an Extended Stay Inn I expected to access kitchen wares, plates, silverware, skillets, etc. None of those things were available. The cabinet doors had been removed on the upper cabinets - thought that was weird but never asked about that.

Liked: Good Afternoon. The Staff was very nice & Mr Ken was very exceptional , helpful, caring & concerned. House Keepers were wonderful as well. So is the young lady in the front office (Mgr)The only issue I have is the roaches , and my hood over the stove & you can't read the knobs. But other then that it's great here. And when towels had to be taking away bc it wasn't enough towels to go around for other guests .

Disliked: They called me when i was 12 minutes away and said they did not have a room available for me. I had booked the room 24 hours before. I was left to pull over on the side of road to find another room. They obviously dont wont to honor their price that is quoted thru Booking.Com

Liked: The lady that checked me in was very nice and let me check in an hour early. That is the only positive thing I have to say.
Disliked: There was no desk staff after 9 pm. The window was closed and shuttered. The room looked and felt like a college dorn room in disrepair. There were no curtins on the 4th floor room I was given. The lights from the busy street shown in the window all night long. There was only one of two light fixtures working. The toilet was covered in dried paint, the seat was not the same size as the bowl, and the water in the toilet tank ran all the time. The furnishings in the room were in disrepair, like missing drawers. There was no closet, only a wire shelf mounted to the wall in the corner above the TV. There was no WIFI working. You had the choise of basic WIFI, (it did not work), or you had to pay at least $4.99 a day, for the next WIFI tier and there was a limit to only one devise. The front desk was closed when I went to check out at 8 am. I had to slip the card keys under the metal shudders over the window as I left.

Liked: IT WAS DIRTY AS WHO WOULDVE THOUGHT IT. It was roaches crawling all around the place. No room service. The room stunk. Crackheads walking all around that bit. Man NO 🗣️🗣️🗣️
Disliked: THE ROACHES.
