Liked: We booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a smoking room. We don't smoke, so it was really annoying and had my wife's throat hurting. The website says it's 100% smoke-free hotel, but even the hallways smelled like smoke/weed. The bathroom had a moldy/mildew smell. The smoke alarm was beeping, so my wife barely slept the first night, but we finally received batteries for the 2nd night. The morning of the 2nd day, electricity went out for 45 minutes, which isn't the hotel's fault, but still. Also, according to the website (3rd party website), it says they offer breakfast, but upon checking in, we find out there's no breakfast. Reading the reviews, we also saw that it says they don't offer breakfast, so thats my fault for not looking more into it before booking. We couldn't find another hotel due to it being a strawberry festival that weekend and a lot of hotels were booked or too expensive.

Poor

Liked: The big refrigerator and being able to cook if need be..
Disliked: The mattress was not comfortable. I had none smoking rooms but all you can smell was cigarettes smoke.And on top of that the power went out there. The elevator was down..

It was a good weekend...

Liked: No Breakfast, Staff was very nice and friendly!
Disliked: Room was very dusty and floors was very dirty.

Liked: The water was horrible, you shower and you still felt soapy, the shower rod was falling, light switch in bathroom didn’t work, & no breakfast. Last stay was amazing at Christmas last year but water was the same way, soapy.

Poor

Disliked: Room smelled of cigarette smoke and my girlfriend is allergic.
