Needs more professional clerks!!

Liked: I had booked my room with intent to pay when I arrived, but before I could physically get there, the manager contacted me asking for my credit card information over the telephone. By her calling from a private number and me not knowing if it was actually them, I declined. In return she said she would cancel my booking, so I agreed with her. I mean like why have that as an option, if you’re not going to honor it!!!! I will never book there again!!!!
