Liked: Room was great; breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Entry way to the rooms seems a little claustrophobic.

Horrible, the worst hotel, and...

Disliked: My spouse and I lost all of our luggages. 2 carry ons, 3 suitcases, and 3 backpacks. We checked-in and left our room to get some dinner around the area, came back a couple hours later to our room and couldn’t even open the door because the keys were not working. After talking to the front office we were finally able to open our room to find that our room has been cleared and all of our belongings missing. Talked to the front office but they knew nothing, turns out they had checked-in somebody else into our room while we were gone just for a couple of hours when we booked the room for 2 days. We called the police and have an ongoing case as of 10/11/24 . NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!

Disliked: dirty room, room key quit working and the machine to program keys was not working. they also had me in the system as a no show when I was checking out. I had no idea the hotel was closing till I checked in so they dint have clean towels ect...

Liked: Because we'd done our research before we went and we landed at a reasonable hour in the afternoon we got to the property without too much issue and first impressions were good. We went for a wander the following day and discovered there were places to get breakfast etc nearby which was handy as we didn't have any facilities - more of that later. There was a lift which was in its favour as we were on the 1st floor. It was in a great position to get into Denver - really close to Southmoor station
Disliked: When we arrived the receptionist said 'oh yes it's all nice and clean and ready for you'. It had been cleaned enough and the bed sheets were laundered and clean. There was a full kitchen for self catering but it was not equipped. There wasn't any cutlery or crockery and although there was a hob and oven there was nothing to cook with. There was a microwave. A lot of the lights in the room did not work - faulty bulbs etc. There were no towels and no coffee making facilities. We were supplied with these but we had to fetch them ourselves. There were no facilities to store our luggage when we went to pick up our rental car

Liked: room was clean - bath was clean - wifi worked fine - location worked for me on this trip
Disliked: very basic - no plastic cup to get a drink - no coffee mach. - piles of towels and stuff in halls -no breakfast - office closed from 10 pm - 6am so no coffee urn in lobby - lobby locked upon arrival - it was a ok stay but won't be back
