Liked: I have to say James did an amazing job helping me and my family get the best rate for the week and helped us have a comfortable stay. The hotel rooms were always clean and comfortable. Definitely the best long stay hotel I've been in.
Disliked: Everything met my expectations.

Disliked: Room we stayed in roaches and when we went to address it to the manager she was rude and refused to give us a refund and corporates number

Disliked: Staff member wouldn’t even let me stay there with my husband because I wasn’t old enough and trust me. It’s not like I’m 15 I am 19 and she told me you have to be 21 or older to stay and I asked her what about parents and kids how do kids stay there then And she said they don’t.

Disliked: The morning staff minis the guy with curly hair. The rooms are filthy. Can't get in any for but the front one even with a key
